| Dan Neal completed his
undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon in 1974
and obtained his law degree from the University of Oregon
in 1977. He earned many awards and honors while attending
the University including Phi Beta Kappa status for academic
excellence. Dan excelled at competitive debate and speech,
receiving national honors. His oral advocacy skills serve
him well in court, as Dan is regarded as an outstanding
