Dan Neal’s practice emphasizes the representation of small and medium sized businesses, including personal representation of their principals, for both their litigation and day-to-day needs.

At times in his career, Dan has obtained outstanding results in many fields of law, including personal injury, criminal defense, dissolution, real estate, trusts and estates, commercial litigation, and more. Currently, his practice is generally limited to commercial litigation and representation of businesses.

Fern Eng’s practice includes trusts and estates, wills, commercial transactions, probate, and litigation support for Dan Neal’s trial practice.
